2 things I find very difficult

1) There are a million things to be done around my house, let alone the fact that it's a fixer-upper, which adds a whole other list. I hate seeing these things all day while I have to work.

2) I find it difficult to stop at the end of the day. When my time is up, I start thinking "Well, I did go downstairs and get some soda, and then I left the dog out later too. I should stay online a little extra to make up for it". Yes, it sounds ridiculous, but the last thing I want is for my boss to think I'm at home not working, and he or she can be expected to be more sensitive to delayed response throughout the day (that 5 minutes I was downstairs) when I'm out of his/her direct visual supervision.

None-the-less, it's nice to have a 30-second commute.

It is quite different than being at the office, and not all in a positive way. I wouldn't want to work more than a day or two in a row from home. I'm too used to interaction with others (and having a fast connection to the network).
