I might not hold the door open for a man or woman all the tie but I atleast slide my hand along the frame and give it an extra push so it might stay open long enough for them to catch it without "opening" it again. I don't expect people to wait for me to get to a door, holding it open the whole time. But if you know I'm behind you and you only open the door enough for yourself to barely slip through thats just RUDE! Even better is where there is a handle on the other side and they pull the door shut due to outside temperatures. Then it's like a tug-o-war to get the door back open. I have never walked through a door and let it slam in a woman's or ANYONE's face for that matter! That is the height of rudeness and discourtesy!
