You’ve obviously put a lot of time into your site. No, I’m not talking about that mega spam blog you’ve got running. I’m talking about the nice one with the nice look or interesting article, or hey, maybe even the one that’s worth advertising on.
So why in the hell don’t you have a way for people to contact you? If you like living your secret life online, that’s cool, too. You can still have a contact form.

My children have been waiting for months for Santa to bring them a Webkinz. We are not a wealthy family and I have recently lost my job, This was a meager Christmas at best, yet the Webkinz brought great joy. Now the site has been down for 2 days. We are unable to register. There is no way to contact customer support with out a user name, and no way to get a user name without being able to register.
Webkinz should have consulted Santa and been better prepared for teh children waiting to register on this site.
Webkinz were the gift from Santa, So you they also tarnished Santas Reputation along with your own.

webkinz world is always closed down for like so many weeks at once and i am never able to enjoy my $16 plush toy and once the website is open i see no difrence
