My Biggest Complaint About Webkinz Password for Love Frog

Would not accept password! When attempted to change password, followed directions and input ‘SECRET CODE” we get this message, “I’m sorry, you need to complete the registration process.” with an “OK” button to click. No instructions after that!! Not able to register her LOVE FROG which she got for Christmas. — REALLY!! It should not be this hard — after paying an outrageous amount for a WebKinz - then you want someone to have to pay for “Deluxe Membership” before anything will work!! Really — I better get an answer or help or I will be sending a letter to the BBB and the Tenn Regulatory Commission. This is wrong!!
