i bought my daughter a webkin for xmas an through all the madness of xmas she has forgotten her name and password it is not what she thought it was.i would lik to speak to someone about this but there seems to be no way to do so that i have been able to find. can someone please help us to get her going again?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but once you forget your username and password for the site it is very difficult to get it back.
Ganz is very high in safety reasons. They can’t tell whether it’s the owner of the account wanting the username & password, or if it’s someone trying to lie their way into hacking someone.
