OMG! I have exactly the same problem. I signed up for services totaling $82 a month but I keep getting bills for $180 , $150 over and over. They SUCK. They tell me I use premium services. Every month I'm on the phone for 40 mins clearing up their errors. Screw it. I just stopped paying the bill and i never will. Send it to credit bureau who gives a shit.
I like how Pep Boys says they are your total car service depot. But they told me they cannot replace my heater core nor could they install a new "y" pipe on my truck. WTF's up witdat. Either your a totla car service dealer or not.
