I am absolutely appalled that you posted all of the employees information!!! You need to get some damn maturity and its not like you could 'throw down' with another employee since you have made such an ass of yourself that you are forbidden in the store again! So that should tell you something right there! You really need to drop this whole thing b/c you are sounding more and more ridiculous! The sad part is about this fiasco is that you were forced to leave the store over 3 months ago. Isn't it about time that you get over it and get something else to fill your time with!? I think so. This idiot made a scene! There is nothing wrong with the computer. All MBP's do that. I have one. Its brand new. Thats how they are b/c of physics. Maybe instead of jumping on the bandwagon and trying to start 'throw downs' with people, you should mind your own business and let his experience be HIS experience. Apple as a whole isnt a bad company. They make great products, but every single person isnt going to be happy with it. Its not possible to please everyone. I agree. This is such a waste since all you clearly want to do is be a victim stuck on your perception of what really happened. Im not sure about anyone else, but when I go into a store at the mall, I dont discuss 'throw downs' with the employees! Unless it was instigated by you, I dont see that ever coming up in a conversation. But I am happy that you have a new computer and I hope that you dont break it so there isnt a need for you to go into the Apple store again!

You are one of the biggest ***** I have ever come across. You can state your complaint, you clearly have that right, but to video someone without their permission and then post it online after making some editing to it, that is outstanding to me. I hope that you get sued to where you don't have a dime to your name to even look at an Apple product again! If you want your MBP to be in perfect condition, treat it with some respect and don't drop it, so you would have to get a new display put on it! You were only trying to start a fight in there when they are only doing their jobs and sadly dealing with **** like you that come in there just to bitch when they have nothing better to do.
