My Biggest Complaint About Unaccompanied Minor - Delta Airlines

We paid to Delta Airline for the service of unaccompanied minor from Cincinnati, Ohio to Bologna, Italy and when she returned on 07/19/2007 on Delta 8172 they asked my sister, an Italian citizen to accompany my daughter from Bologna to Rome because Delta never informed then that there is a minor traveling alone.

My sister paid $400.00 euros for her trip from Bologna, Italy to Rome.

I need Delta to refund my sister money because we paid in advance for this service, we called Delta many times and they never answered phone the same day of the trip.

Economical consequences: My sister paid $400.00 euros to accompany my daughter, she missed one day of her work, lost around 100.00 euros, we paid $150.00 for this services and we lost it, my daughter was very sad and scary, we worry a lot about my daughter’s safe in this trip.
