My Biggest Complaint About The Macbook Pro Logic Board

Bought my 15″ MBP just over 1 year ago. Bought Apple Care too because my 3rd Logic Board is in transport to the repair shop. Oh, also had the keyboard replaced and the display when closed also has the gap issue. I paid $2400 CDN. I have had to reboot it because it has crashed/froze many times. I had enough with Windows and thought Mac was the way, but I question what Apple, Inc. is doing when they make such a poor quality laptop. What is design without functionality?

  2. UPDATE

    Apple sent me a new laptop almost right away. The unofficial lemon policy was definitely warranted for this situation and Apple acted. I actually cite Apple when I deal with GMC customer service. GMC doesn’t have a lemon policy so I just continually keep taking my Aveo back to the GMC repair facility. I guess 3x for Apple is good enough, but 30x isn’t for General Motors Corporation Canada. I guess that’s why GMC is asking for a bailout while Apple is gaining market shares.
