Goth undead robot or friendly droid?
Yeah, but I noticed it while driving down a country road. It was really quite blinding. Fortunately I knew the road pretty good and was able to deal with it.
on highways and surface streets you have the option of flashing the offender with your brights. most often they immediately turn the high beams off. just distracted or mindwandering. but on the freeways it’s more difficult getting the message clearly to the offending driver.
