I don’t have any idea what in the hell is going on with this. What is it? Throwing stars for the Ninja Olympics? I think the official word is that it is supposed to be the numbers “2012″ stuck in a light socket.
What does this have to do with London? Please don’t tell me it’s a lion and I’m just not looking at it exactly right.
Some Olympic logos are bad but this is off the charts. London 2012 has a place where you can watch a film about the new logo, or tell them what the new logo means to you. Before you go, I’m warning you, if you thought the logo was horrible, wait until you see the color scheme they use to present it.

I think the London Olympic Committee comissioned Trey Parker and Matt Stone to draw this logo. It looks like something from South Park. That website, buzzdroid.com, does these things called Icon Battles to determine the worst icon. They should put this one up against any other Olympics Logo. I bet this would beat out every other icon ever, including those that haven’t been designed yet.
It is a logo representing the Gay community in London.
