My Biggest Complaint About Temp/Contract Employees Who Complain About “The Boss”

It’s really annoying when all you hear around the smoking area outside is hatred and spite.  I’m talking about the temporary service employees at your workplace that do nothing but b!tc# about “The Boss”…  How “stupid” he/she is, or how they “don’t know what they are doing”, or the worst, some racial comment about him/her.  GET A GRIP PEOPLE!!!

“The Boss” is there because he/she earned that position, whether you see it that way or not.  They went to school, have an excellent education, and have worked in the field for years, and have much more experience than you, you whining nincompoop.  They are well dressed and always on time, if not early.  They are directing their coworkers and subordinates in the right direction, giving you praise when you accomplish, and giving you chastise when you screw up.  That’s what they do.

You on the other hand come to work dressed like you fell out of a cardboard box down the alley off Main St, partially bathed, complaining about your babies/husbands/wives/boyfriends/girlfriends, and overall don’t give a rats ass about what you do at your job.  You’re always slacking off somewhere in the building where you think you’re not being watched.  You’re just waiting on that check, and the weekend, just so you can go screw off and have something else to complain about come Monday morning…

The hardworking people out here who are trying to make a living and keep their job by doing their duties are sick of it.  If you don’t like it, you’re a temp employee, just ask your agency to reassign you somewhere else!
