Where did Taco Bell get the two ‘Kenyan Athletes’ for their commercial? those two have such heavy ‘American’ accents, you can’t tell what they’re saying. I could understand the Caucasian better than the “Africans’ , and to know what they (my fellow “Africans/kenyans’, were talking about, i had to read the caption, AND Swahili is my native language. Guess what, even their Swahili is broken. I would like to get a hold of the video and share it with fellow Kenyans. I bet you it would be the joke of the day!
Well that just makes me hate Taco Bell commercials even more. I wouldn’t doubt that the commercials producers told the ‘actors’ to just say something that sounds “African” … not even specifically Swahili. argh…
I talked to kenyans who love the commercial and had no trouble at all understanding the swahili, anyway people mumble even english words many times in commercials give the guys a break.
