I am very disappointed at sprint…Every three or for months i will have to call customer service because they made a mistake on my account. They overcharge all the time and if you are not careful, they will steal your money. After spending many hours on the phone, they finally accepted about making a “mistake in my account” and reimbursed the money. The first time it was $150, second time $200 and now they made a mistake and overcharged me $350!!! I have 5 lines with sprint and they think i wouldn’t notice the overcharge??? They gave me so many stupid reasons like i called to change my plan and that is my fault, etc etc…Then they admitted their mistake and gave me a bonus….I don’t need their bonus or apologies, it has happened so many times before and even though they will charge me $300 for each phone in order to cancel the accounts, i don’t want to know anything with sprint pcs. I had the worse experience ever with them….There are many other companies out there. And the reason i am writing this complaint is because i don’t want other people to go through what i am going through with this horrible company.

Sprint is so so terrible. I only kept them for 2 years because I had a contract and wanted my 150$ security deposit back.

ALL cell phone companies are crooks, one day 4 years ago i lost service inside my house, i had the phone from cingular-att for 4 months and then Bam i get almost no servise. when i called i was told to basically go **** my self and that it was my fault. consumers have no power in the face of big corporations. the battle is lost long time ago and the big corporations will always have the crooks in washington on their side

i completely agree! sprint is trying to steal our money as well and thats why were probably switching in december when our plans run out.

OMG! I have exactly the same problem. I signed up for services totaling $82 a month but I keep getting bills for $180 , $150 over and over. They SUCK. They tell me I use premium services. Every month I’m on the phone for 40 mins clearing up their errors. Screw it. I just stopped paying the bill and i never will. Send it to credit bureau who gives a ****.
