My phone was lost. We notified sprint on September 19. They transferred me to ascure insurance company. 15 min and no reply. On November 10, I filed a claim. When I would check the status it would say 1-3 days. I finally had it and called the company directly (waiting 20 min). They claimed I didn’t file the claim within the 60 days. I argued that on the 10th they were notified. Supervisor says “but you didn’t finish”. I was shocked. He had the story of how the phone was lost, my address and personal information, including my phone number. If something happened in the transmittal, why didn’t they notify me. After about an hour with three different people, they actually took joy in turning me down . A 21 year old kid on the other line deciding on a basic claim. I wonder how much they pay them to decline.
