Now I’m sure everybody who owns a cell phone could overload the My Biggest Complaint servers with complaints about cell phone service. Who doesn’t have a cell phone horror story?
I like the fact that I pay the monthly “insurance fee” for my Sprint Treo 600, because every time I drop the thing I can get a new one. My beef is that most of those stupid Sprint Stores can’t do, can’t authorize, or can’t even send the phone in for repairs. You have to go to a special Sprint service and repair center. Oh, and they can’t do it over the phone either. The problem is that there are a bunch of Sprint Stores by me, but I have to drive nearly an hour one way to get to the service center. Then, inevitably they won’t have the replacement phone in stock, or can’t fix it that day, so I have to drive back there on another day.
