I had a very horrible experience with sprint repair center. I went in the store, waited for 2 hours to even be seen. Once I was seen, they took another 1 hour to determine that they could not repair it. After waiting another 2 days for the replacement phone to get to the repair center, I was charged 200.00 for not turning in the damaged phone. The damaged phone was turned in to the sprint repair center before I could get the replacement phone. After 5 calls to customer care and 2 additional trips to customer repair center for them credit my account with the 200.00 fee they assessed me for not turning in the damaged phone that I had to give the repair center. I was finally given a credit 2 months later. The service stinks and sprint is full of it.
