My fiance and I have been customers for almost four years. My fiance and I have the same exact phone but for some reason the keyboard on my phone kept going out so on the sixth attempt at replacing/downgrading there was finally a sales associate who was finally able to downgrade to a different model for me. I’ve had the phone all but one or two months and this new phone has a crack on the right hand corner. We went to Sprint to get it replaced and the sales associate quickly gave me a card, saying that was the way to deal with this kind of problem. As soon as I got home I went to file to claim, and low and behold there is a $100 non-refundable deductable that I have to pay for a replacement. It deeply upsets me knowing I pay insurance every month just to have to pay an extra $100 on top of that. Everytime I have gone to Sprint their customer service was absolutely terrible. The calls drop all the time, and you don’t always get service. After almost four years of being customers, my fiance and I will head straight to AT

Sprint is the reason I have MetroPCS. Ni contracts, no insurance BS.
