My Biggest Complaint About Spring Charging Me 50$ For Replacement Phone

So how did sprint screw me out of 50 bucks?Well if you loose your phone say on top of a car and it falls somewhere off the side of a road.Sprint will give you a phone for 50 bucks,cool right,but what if you send in for that phone and before the phone even gets to your house you happen to find your old phone.You say cool you know i found my phone and it works perfect ill send that new phone back to sprint considering the phone has not even left the wherehouse yet.No they want you to send the old phone back so you pay fifty bucks for your phone that you found 50 bucks for nothing complete malfunction in somebody commen sense i hate stupid companys that just rip people off.
