I see people do it all the time. Most of those butts end up in the the gutters running into water systems or even ocean, lakes, rivers, streams etc. Folks need to think about the big picture. Not just simply, I am throwing my butt on the ground. Its not its permanent resting place. Stop being lazy and thinking its your 'right'. Sure you CAN do it, but why the hell do you want to do it? I KNOW there are many people out there like aliveoutofspite who will continue to throw trash and butts and whatever they feel like out for others to pick up. He/she is doing whatever they do and justify it any way they want. I also do whatever I want to do. Here is what it is... I want to live in a clean, neat neighborhood and I am doing what I can to help make it that way. I finally had enough money to invest in a home and while it's not the biggest or fanciest at least it's clean and neat and I try to be a positive affect on the people and property around me.
