My Wife and Daughter took a two day Imperial Majesty Cruise from Ft Lauderdale to the Bahamas to return to a slow (3:45 hrs) process of clearing Customs. Three agents assigned to clear 900 passengers is pitiful.
Both rest rooms in the waiting area in line were out of order. The passengers and cruise industry for this service. The absence of accountable for this service is and should be provided.

I was on a cruise and accidentally put my digital camera in my suitcase tucked under a blouse. When I got to my hotel I opened up my suitcase and there was a notice of baggage inspection.
My camera case was unzipped and no camera and the unused memory card was gone.All my memories of my first cruise was gone. I learned a hard lesson.
