My Biggest Complaint About Service Provided By Apple

Apple sent a defective part to the company that is repairing my computer. Even though we explaine that it was extremely urgent that we got the computer back as soon as posssible they just said it “should” be with the repairer tomorrow. They have said this for 5 days straight and the repairer still does not have the part. They refused to let us send a courier that we were willing to pay for.

They have not apologised for the defective part or the extended delay in providing a replacement even though we have explained numerous times how important it is that we get the computer back asap. They do not return phone cals and when you get onto their section they say they are not handling the case and the person who is with client and will call you back.

Alas they never do. I will definately be telling anyone who is thinking of buying an apple of the hopeless service that aple provides and recommmend that they dont buy one.

  1. I called and had issues with my iPhone last Friday. They took my info and gave me a case number. When I called back Saturday and said the fix they asked me to do did not cure my phone’s ills, they had NO record of my phone call or any history of me calling in. I however got the operators name, number and wrote the date and time down so they knew I wasn’t bsing them.

    On Saturday my Apple store replaced my phone with a new one. Overall I am pleased with their service.
