As remarkable as this all is, it seems to me that the majority of the persons commenting believe that their is some kind of moral obligation by the host of a show, or the producers and advertisers to be truthful in the presention of the “facts” of said show. Or that what is presented to the viewing public is real because it is Reality T.V. Or that the information presented is good or bad by the so called professionals or experts.

I am not an expert realture, or a professional T.V. producer, but even i know that when it is time for you as “property virgins” to go out in to the world and put on your grown-up pants for the first time the best thing you can do for yourself is to remember the saying “BUYER BEWARE”. And that’s not just for purchasing a new house or negotiating a new contract for work. It’s also for choosing the shows you want to watch on T.V , the food you buy, the people you associate with or the internet sights you choose to comment on.

As for this reasonably entertaining show, If you’re watching it so much that Ms Sandra Rinomato’s voice and appearance is so grating that you are driven to the point of violence, then may I suggest you find something else to watch.

If her personality and method of salesmenship is to abbrasive and causes you to have hurt feelings then may I suggest you need to grow-up a little more so that the little women doesn’t make you sad. What to condescending, sorry.

And if people to today approach the purchase of anything as major as a home with only the information provided by a T.V show as their guide or look to a show host as an expert in anything she or he is selling on said T.V. show as an example of what all people are like in said industry then they are truly lost and truly deserve what they buy.

It’s simply natural selection in action. If you’re not smart enough to protect yourself by doing your own broad information research, educating yourself on what’s available in your price range and asking questions regardless of whether or not you think it makes you look stupid. You will continue to fail in life in all things and nature will not allow you the success of choice.

Lastly, gone are the days in T.V when all the hosts are choosen for their beauty and the soft croon of their voices. Not everyone is beautiful. Not even the beautiful people are that beautiful, and to be so critical of a women of 40+ that looks as she does is very low class. She should be commended for her success in business and for her savy. However if I ever purchase another home again and get a realture like Ms. Rinomato, as always regardless of how nice or pretty or savy he or she is I will make my decisions based on what I want and what to spend. You see sales people are all the same the world over and it is to the buyer to beware.
