Plain and simple, you can complain but you cannot
- abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users;
- name specific individuals who are not public figures
- contribute any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
- if you are an international user, you must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content;
- post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user;
- create or submit unwanted email (”Spam”) to any other users or any URL;
- violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
- submit complaints or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content; or porn
If you break these rules, your complaint or comment has no hope of ever getting posted. If you break these rules, any content you have previously submitted may also be removed including posts or comments and you may be banned from the site and exiled to some distant ice planet with little or no hope of survival.
