When did this start?
It’s always been “press 1″ as long as I can remember. As soon as I hear the voicemail greeting - bam! I’m pressing 1 and I’m done.
I just called someone and had to press 7 (of all numbers) to leave a voicemail.
The number 1 wasn’t good enough? What are 1-6 doing now?

what happened to give all these options anyway why can’t we just call and leave a message without pressing any numbers. I say its all a phone company ploy to keep people on the line longer spending more money to in phone line access minutes. etc.
