I am registered on the national “DO NOT CALL” list. However, politicians running for office are excerpt from this restriction. I received at least 6 robocalls from Newt G during his run for the Republican Iwoia caucus. I live in Nj! Sorry for typos on a cellphone…. still, I can’t wait to see what crap we are subjected to during the 2012 Presidential election. I would prefer that my home phone is left out of this. I do have the ability to make an informed decision without getting slammed with political advertisements on my home phone.

Here’s an update: I haven’t received anymore Newt G. robocalls since S. Carolina primary. However, I’ve got every Tom Dick & Harry pollsters calling. I am NOT registered as a Replication or Democrat. I am an Independent who votes for the least worst candidate to meet our needs.
Continue …… The pollster calls I’m recieving are a joke. All the questions are leading to benefit their party. I would like to know WHY they call my home & bother me AND how they even obtained my home #. I’ve been registered on the National DO NOT CALL list since it’s inception. I just registered my cell number on that list as well ….. I do not have any confidence in that registry since the landline registory works so well. I get lots & lots of telemarker calls. Unbelievable!
