Do you know what you’re eating? That delicious thick crusted pan pizza soaks in about an inch of oil for an entire night before it turns into that lovely pie the next day.
In a past life, I had the opportunity to fill those pizza pans with the oil as part of my closing shift duties at a Pizza Hut. I can’t remember if it was two squirts of oil into the pan or more than that. Most of the time we just kinda eye-balled it. Fill the pan with oil and let the dough soak overnight.
Pizza Hut is no different than most restaurants, once you work in it, it becomes more difficult to eat the food. I haven’t eaten a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza in years. I’ve been to Pizza Hut since then, but I can’t bring myself to take even a bite of the Pan Pizza.

And that is bad how i know whats in it and thats what makes it delicious, heart gripping goodness. If u don’t like the way a pan pizza is made you will hate my self named heart attack eggs.

I to used to work for pizza hut. I have to set the record straight a bit, You may have oiled the pans the night before however the dough would not have been made and put into the pans until the next morning. I have worked at more than 4 different stores and we always made the dough fresh each day.
