My Biggest Complaint About Pizza Hut Aurora Colorado

To whom it may concern,
Just today I order 1 Large Pizza for delivery to my home from PIZZA HUT at 1545 S Havana ST, Aurora, Colorado 80012. They took my order and ask for my complete address and phone number as usual. They told me it will take 30 to 45 minutes to arrive. I told my kid and my family about the time. By the way their location only less than 1 mile away from my house which is not even 5 minutes drive. We waited for 45 minutes it never arrived after 50 minutes I call them back and a lady answer the phone start to say they routine. But I told her, I just need to know the status of my pizza, and she said it’ gone it’ll be there!! with kind of rude sound. I kind of puase and start saying, maam you promised it’s going to be 30-45 minutes and it’s passed 45 minutes
