The manager (and I’m not capitalizing his title) was totally disrespectful to my daughter and her father. He automatically assumed that it was okay to talk down to them and yell at them because he thought they were non-English speaking. He got mad because they asked him to test the battery before and he insisted that it worked. It was installed and did not work and it turns out that he had to charge (a new battery mind you) for 20 minutes!!! When they requested another battery since they didn’t want to pay $90.00 for a battery that took 20 minutes to charge he yelled at them and refused them service and said it was his right to do so. He got so loud and ignorant that the security guard felt the need to mediate. Go figure! They will NEVER receive our business again!!!
