I do tech support, and I am amazed at the amount of people out there that do not even have a basic understanding of the computer that they have just bought. Then they call technical support, and expect us to teach them everything. That is not what technical support is for people!! We are here for your technical problems, not to tutor you. Would you go buy a car and then call Ford and expect them to teach you to drive it? The cost of your computer does NOT include lessons. The cost of those are extra. Go take some please.

reminds me of a tech support situation where the user called in and went thru this huge ordeal with the tech support tech and come to find out the user had never even plugged the darn thing in!
