Cell Phones can be alright, but if your going to be yacking on them in the train, theater, mall about what your going to have for dinner loud enough for everybody to hear, there’s something wrong there.
Also, at least turn down the volume of your ringtone or put the thing to vibrate. When you’re in the theater, people do not want to hear your favorite rap song go off in the middle of the movie!

Perhaps this can be used as a guideline: Only talk as loud as you would to someone in front of you.
I do that when I’m feeling loney and bored in a store or waiting in a building. But then again, many people talk louder to someone in front of them than some do on a cell phone!

People do talk louder when they are on their cell phones and I’m so sick of listening to people spout all their personal talk for everyone to hear - Really, I don’t want to hear it. But apparently I have no choice. When one girl at the Walmart prescription drug line had a conversation ahead of me - after she hung up. I told her that maybe personal call regarding birth control should be saved until later. I don’t think she had a clue but everyone else in line had to listen to it too.
