After a few minutes of sitting there they come back to me and say "do you know your license is suspended?" I was completely unaware that my license was suspended and I have my current address that I live it, hasnt changed, me nor my dad or mom have seen any sort of notification from the DOL stating that my license was suspended. My public defender hopefully requests the right documents from the DOL and if they have on record that they sent it to me then hopefully I can convince a jury that I did not recieve anything, and I have several witnesses to support my claim. After I was notified that I had a suspended license I found out I had 2 unpaid tickets (both of which I paid immediately!) And my license was reinstated and I can drive now, my court date is on the 11th of February and hopefully everything goes smoothly.
