Microsoft still hasn't come out with an option to "always open windows at full screen"; somehow we find that 1 1/2 inch border of *other* applications handy when browsing the web? I think they beleive if they can't see thier other windows on the screen (ok another topic minizing as opposed to layering or tilingetc) they think they don't exist what are these people ostriches? or are they the bug bladder beast of trawl?
