I have had a treo 680 from ATT for 10 months. After going to the store every few days with no help from ATT or from Palm, I asked them to please let me out of the hefty 24 month contract (14 months to go). They kept me on the customer service line forever, trying to convince me to keep ATT and saying that it is ‘NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, MA’AM.
What BS! I am beginning to wonder if I will ever go to ATT for service again. Adding insult to injury, their phone service is spotty in DC and unavailable inside our Metro system. What a disaster. I have to pay 175/- plus 49 odd dollars to get out of this mess. I don’t recommend this to anyone.
