I was dining at a Chili’s Restaurant In Mass. and I was very displeased with the food and the service. The fries were cold when served and the Supreme Nachos were missing jalapenos, whereas, I wasn’t told about it. I had to mention it to the server who informed me they had just run out of jalapenos.
Why wasn’t I told about it? Nachos don’t taste too grand without jalapenos on them.. Very unhappy with your service and food.
