We live in a connected world. The Internet is supposed to be this super powerful communication device that makes our lives so much easier. It connects us to millions of other people and lets us communicate with them instantly, even when they’re on the other side of the world!!
So why is it so hard to find out what that error message means? Or how to turn off that damn auto-bulleting in MS Word? All these social applications like Facebook and MySpace connect us to millions of other people, and not one person can tell me if those springy nasal-strip things actually work!?! Surely we can do better.
