I actually like “My Yahoo!“. I like it better than Google’s homepage and any other personalized start pages I’ve tried. I like the ability to get cool stuff like movie times and local headlines really quick and I think Yahoo! does the best job at that. And yes, since I found mybiggestcomplaint.com, I’ve added it to my page.
But my biggest complaint about the My Yahoo! Homepage is that this has got to be one of the ugliest web pages around. It is totally functional and totally ugly.
This is Yahoo!, why can’t they make this thing look better. A little eye candy wouldn’t hurt, would it?

Just tried the new Yahoo home page. And spent the last twenty minutes trying to find out how to get the old one back. It’s crammed with stuff I don’t want and can’t get rid of, including those hovering windows that pop into existence when you let your cursor stray into the minefield of choices you didn’t really want in the first place. I don’t want more choices. I want to pick up my mail after reading a couple of headlines. If I want to know what the weather is going to be like I look out of the window. Very bad. So very bad.
