These guys are always parking in our lot, blocking us in. They’re always noisy during the night and keep us awake with their barking dogs. We’ve called the cops on them several times, but the cops never do anything. It’s like the drive-through McDonald’s for drugs in Chicago. Stupid white-trash, redneck drug dealers…

Have you tried going straight to the top. The city’s Code Enforcement Manager or Police Chief. You might call the office and present your complaints to the Chief.
