My complaint is well yes, on the volume. But not in the same way as you poor people! I can hear all my sounds just fine. Ipod? Yes. Speaker phone? Yes. Text alerts? Yes. I can even hear my phone ring loud and clear. It’s when I answer my calls that is the problem! I can hear people at a barely audible level. What’s up with that? Yes, I’ve done the restore and the ringer is turned all the way up. No, there is nothing covering the microphone, so why the heck are people so low on the other end? Apple please come up with a solution! I don’t wan’t to send my phone in to you for repair…I do love it so.
