I’m annoyed by the guy who works for me with the crappy attitude, who isn’t doing his work, and is shamelessly taking advantage whenever and wherever he can…who, when I approach him to help him correct his attitude (or lose his job!) turns on me (to HR) and says it’s my fault he’s not able to do his job….cuz he’s too “scared” to talk to me. This from the guy who will talk your ear off….
