Somewhere in their infinite wisdom I'm sure they have come up with some scenario in which if they (the bear police) can't see whats in the bag when you hand it to a minor your buying it for then they cannot go after you and the store has prevented loss. I'm not sure its that but I bet it is some really dumb dreamed up or even it happened once idea of some self righteous (Al Gore type) intellectual wennie.
