We (me and my husband) went to Kinko on Haribson Blvd, Columbia SC on Friday 4 Dec 09 to fax paperwork. My husband had insert his card to pay for the fax and the fax machine had a error reading fax off line, When I brought it to the attention for the clerk she stated she would be with me in a minute and proceeded to take the next to customer in line. We waited even though it was very unprofeesinoal and not customer service like to take hte over customer and we was in line before them. The clerk went to another fax machine and faxed their paperwork when she finally came back to us she took our paperwork to the same fax machine that she had used for the previous customer only to tell us that she had no success in faxing our paperwork, I sincerely beleive that was not true but I don’t have enough excperience if a fax machine to say. But it seems so strange that everybody else paperwork was successfully faxed. I wasted 45 minutes waiting to get aperwork faxed only to be told it couldn’t be faxed and no reason was given, she didn’t try to find out why. To top it off she tired to charge us for a fax that never took place. Customer Serviuce is down the tubes when it comes to Kinko, I am just so duisappointed to know and witness such LAXED CUSTOMER SERVICE, even when you ask a questions it like you’re bothering the employee.
