Since taking office and releasing his supposedly “All Citizens Inclusive” mandate/mantra for making all County Citizens feeling empowered, with no one being left out, County Exec. Leggett continually dismisses local Citizen complaints concerning County employees exhibiting indifferent, misguided and downright bad behavior while conducting their jobs. Of course, this now includes him; as was apparent during the infamous “Traffic Lights” fiasco (when he failed to take Citizen complaint calls), in addition to making sure the street he lived on, and his Drive-way were successfully plowed of snow following each of the 2009-2010 major snow storms. Perhaps it is time to replace him in the next election with a hungry Republican, for the Montgomery County Maryland County Executive position?
