Today I went to the apple store in noryhridge, Ca to buy the new iPhone 4. The sales staff have to be the biggest group of worthless lazy retards I have ever encountered. Not only was there a line for reservations of about 600 people, but there was also a line of non reserve people totaling about 2000. Meanwhile there must have been somewhere around 15 employees, 6 of which were working the lines, as if they didn’t have enough security doing that anyway! Another 6 having smoke breaks constantly and taunting the customers, and three actually selling the damn phone, which by the way took them roughly 30 minutes per person. I have never encountered people so slow in my life. And when I asked the manager why things where so slow and why the employees were outside hanging and smoking instead of selling some damn phones, she replied ” if you don’t like it you can leave!” she also told another person to go buy an android phone if they didn’t want to wait in line, outrageous!! You would think that by now apple would have learned a valuable lesson from the frantic consumers waiting in line to buy the first three iPhones that the should implement a faster and better system in which ALL employees are working and constantly selling! It took almost 8 hours to get in the store and when I did the idiot selling me the phone wanted to chat with me as if there wasn’t another few hundred people waiting outside in line! These people should have been fired a long time ago, simply because they are rude, lazy, and definitely lacking the knowledge and training to get the job done right with efficiency. The loyal apple customer deserves to be treated better that just a sack of money standing in line!!!
