Found out this morning that my new iPhone 3Gs is cracked. Found a close by apple store. They tell me I have to have an appointment, next available at 4pm. Have to work at 3. Don’t have a mode of transportation, just have this window of time. They are making me wait on standby to fit me in if they can. I might have to wait all day in the store. What kind of service is that? 3 weeks old iPhone 3Gs cracked, I am inconvenienced, but does Apple care. I guess not, they got their money, and I have to schedule an appointment. Gonna have to wait a while until I get back home in 2 weeks I guess!? Go Apple, way to care!

Yeah that’s what happens when you drop your stuff and then try to blame a company that it’s products are subpar.
How did you find out it was cracked, you looked at it after you dropped it……
You can make appointments on-line for the store, they don’t change their schedule to fit you…..others make appointments and they take care of them, that’s life.. Grow up!!
