I just bought an iPhone 3GS a couple of hours ago. I had no idea that the receiver volume for phone calls was so weak, and the dealer didn’t mention it. I got the phone into the field where I absolutely must hear callers (and people I call), and found this very expensive phone to be useless. I am thoroughly pissed!!!
Where can I get help? I feel completely screwed!
