I have many complaints about HP support but today takes the cake. I called with a problem setting up network access on my new Pavillion laptop and the technician told me he does not know anything about Vista because he only uses XP! I asked if another technician could help me and he then offered me a number to contact a private group for paid support on my under warrenty computer! When I said I would not pay for assistance he suggested that I use Google. Where do they get these guys?
