My Biggest Complaint About House Arrest For Celebrities

Shocker. Michael Vick smokes pot and failed a drug test and has now been sentenced to house arrest.

House arrest for celebrities is a bad thing? Although Michael Vick may not have a strip pole in his living room to enjoy like Paris Hilton did when she was on house arrest, I’m thinking it might not be all that bad at Vick’s palatial estate.

Celebrities should be sentenced to house arrest in the homes of regular people. Kind of like “Wife Swap”. Make them have to live with my kids until it’s time for their trial and I guarantee you two things -

1. A fast trial with no continuances. The celebrities would want the thing over as soon as possible so they could get to the real jail, and
2. An honest answer from the celebrity when the Judge asks them “Have you learned anything from your house arrest?”
