Why is there so much intolerance, bigotry, prejudice, and HATE in this country? Consider gays, immigrants, blacks, poor people, and the list goes on. It must stem from ignorance, but if one were ignorant about something, wouldn’t one seek knowledge before judgment? I guess people care more about themselves than even remotely considering how somebody else feels. It’s always a controversy where one person is the victim of everybody else trying to live their lives. Immigrants are taking my job and changing the language, gays are infringing on my marriage and family, blacks are dangerous to society, and poor people are lazy and want a free ride. Oh, I almost forgot: Rich white people are the best people for America, and everyone else is selfish and trying to steal the life white people worked so hard to get. Neo-colonialism runs rampant around the world.

White people are not the only racists in America. In fact white people are not the only rich people either. There are lots of poor, gay and immigrant white people living here. I see racism in my direction everyday. White people, I am sorry European Americans to be politically correct, always turn a blind eye when someone calls them white trash, or makes a derogatory remark about them. It’s really quite amazing. I hear it on public transportation and on TV. I was watching a show and this black girl said “Just what I need, more white people in my life” Can you imagine a similar sentence coming out of a white person’s mouth? “Just what I need, more black people in my life” for some odd reason the latter sounds worse, why do you suppose that is?
I absolutely agree. White people are not the only racist people, but for some reason, everyone likes to pretend like they are. It is the most annoying thing when black people make fun of whites, and its ok, but if a white person doesn’t watch what they say, they are racist… I think what it comes down to is stereotypes, actually… Whites are racist, blacks are gangbangers, Hispanics are illegal, and Indians are drunks… right? Wrong… It’s just stupid that people still can’t see beyond race

Partly true. We seem to label anyone with that same name, racist, when we point out truth, as well. I have to abide by the law in this country. Immigrants should too. If not, then stop pulling me over and giving me tickets for speeding. Its not fair.(Stupid, huh?) Send them back if they cannot abide by the law. Blacks are the majority in jail/prison and almost all crime, but we tend to ignore it, like fools, because it might hurt somebodys feelings, or it’s somehow my fault, because I’m white. B.S. flag up! You are responsible for your own actions, and so am I. Thats not racism, thats REALISM. Why are white people in prison? They broke the law. Why are Black people in prison? They broke the law. I am not responsible for any of them. Native Americans are the ONLY people in this country deserving of anything, in my humble opinion. Anytime someone that hates the truth wants to belittle the people who actually have the eyes God gave them open they call them ignorant. Thats ironic, considering, say, the people who robbed me, black, btw, could hardly make a sentence you could understand in court. Look up the word ignorant before you use it. And look at your forehead. It may be tattooed there, right beside the big “L”.
