Burger and fries, burger and fries… oh wow - new thing - nuggets and fries, nuggets and fries. How many french fries does the US consume as a nation? Our food selection options are pitiful.
Can I please have at least one other option besides fries with any combo meal that won’t cost me extra?
My biggest complaint about the combo meal french fry force rule is that at this point, I’m pretty sure we would have to adjust our taste buds to accept something different. I was in Disney World this summer and they have started giving kids stuff like apples as the default option with a combo meal. That’s the right idea but an apple with chicken nuggets sounds gross.
Aren’t there any new foods out there that will work at no additional cost?

At McDonalds, Happy Meals get a choice of Fries or Apple Dippers, and a choice of drink (milk, juice, or fountain)
@dw17, but I don’t think they let you get dippers with adult combos although I guess you could get a happy meal as an adult.

My point really was that there are options, maybe not all the options we need right now, but there are options.
